SELF-PAY OPTIONS
Quality Pediatric Care—No Insurance Required
We believe every child deserves access to quality healthcare. For families paying without insurance, self-pay fees are due at the time of service and are clearly communicated in advance, so you know what to expect before your visit. These fees include the evaluation provided during your child’s appointment. Please note that services performed by outside providers, including laboratory testing, hospital services, or other referred specialists are billed separately and are not included in self-pay pricing.
Self-Pay Visit Rates
The following self-pay rates apply to our most common pediatric services. Our team is available to answer questions and help you better understand your child’s expected visit costs. Please note that we are not responsible for third-party billing.
- $125-250 for sick visits
- $165 for well child checks
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Know What to Expect for Your Visit Costs
If you’re paying for your child’s care without insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before your visit. This estimate provides an overview of the expected costs so you can make informed decisions about your child’s care. For appointments scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, estimates are generally available within 1 business day. For appointments made 10 or more business days ahead of time, estimates are typically provided within 3 business days.
We encourage you to review our Good Faith Estimate Notice and Financial Policy for additional information about self-pay services, estimated costs, and what to expect before your child’s appointment.
