Cheryl Hollema, DNP, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience providing pediatric care. She earned her nursing degrees from William Paterson University, Pace University, and Samford University. Cheryl is passionate about family-centered care and building strong partnerships with families. She enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

Cheryl Hollema is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides compassionate pediatric care for children and families at the Manahawkin office. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Pace University. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Samford University and is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Graduate Nursing Honor Society.
With more than two decades of experience, Cheryl is dedicated to delivering family-centered, collaborative care. She values the supportive, team-based approach that defines her work environment and believes that pediatrics brings out the best in both patients and providers through partnership, trust, and compassion.
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown children, and two grandchildren. She also shares her home with a golden doodle puppy who keeps her active. Outside of work, she loves boating, traveling, and creating family memories. Cheryl finds joy in pediatrics, often saying that “working with children and their families tends to bring out the best in all of us.”
