Hannah Schlusser, DNP, APN, PPCNP-BC, is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience caring for children and families. She earned her nursing degrees from Kean University, Seton Hall University, and Monmouth University. Hannah is passionate about supporting children’s health and development while building meaningful relationships with families. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Hannah Schlusser, DNP, APN, PPCNP-BC, is a board-certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience caring for children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kean University in 2010, her Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 2014, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Monmouth University in 2021.
Hannah is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care and enjoys supporting children’s health and development from infancy through adolescence. She values building strong relationships with families and creating a positive, comfortable experience for her patients.
In addition to her clinical work, Hannah has served as a preceptor for advanced nursing students, mentoring future providers through Seton Hall University from 2019 to 2022 and William Paterson University from 2022 to the present. Her commitment to education reflects her passion for advancing the field of pediatric nursing.
Having lived at the Jersey Shore for over 20 years, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and has many hobbies and interests.
