Sarah Adams, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate care to children and families. She earned her nursing degrees from Adelphi University and Monmouth University. Sarah brings experience in pediatrics, family medicine, and women’s health, along with a strong connection to the Lakewood community. She enjoys gardening, photography, art, and spending time with her family.

Sarah Adams, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate care to children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University College of Nursing and Public Health in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University’s Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies in 2022.
Sarah brings a well-rounded clinical background, having trained in pediatrics, family medicine, and women’s health. She previously served the Lakewood community as a beloved school nurse and gained experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner before joining the practice in March 2024. In addition to her professional experience, she values her perspective as a parent in the community she serves.
Originally from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, Sarah now lives in Lakewood with her husband and their five children. She enjoys gardening, photography, and art in her free time.
Sarah is passionate about working with children and finds joy in making them feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease. She values building connections within her community and finds fulfillment in supporting families every day.
